  • Creativity Justified uses two proposal software systems. 

    • For proposals under a $20,000 value, Dubsado is used to create a "line-item" style proposal.

    • For proposals valued over $20,000, Proposify is used to create the proposal based on our 2024 template.

    • Kickoff meetings shoud be scheduled after all requested onboarding and task-related information has been received from the client in Basecamp.

    • Recurring meetings should only be scheduled for large projects and retained clients. These meetings will generally  start off bi-weekly and convert to monthly after three months. 

    • Calendar invitations should be sent from Outlook and the meeting should only include members of the Client Services Team along with leadership.

  • Change the text and add your own content, including any information that is relevant to share. Then customize the font, size and scale to make it your own. You can also drag and drop this text box anywhere on the page, or switch it out with another element.
